Winter 2009
Few points to mention about recruitment: Flair operates throughout the UK, recruiting and managing large and small teams of staff to work at music festivals, concerts and sporting events. Events can be from day events to weekend camping events. Flair recruits locally for all our events but often provides transport from other towns. All information is posted under each event title in future events. Before deciding to come and work at our events do please consider the travel time and costs involved. If you live in a different location to where we are recruiting or where the event is providing your own transport may not be realistic and cost effective for you? We are not trying to put anyone off just being honest! Please think about job carefully. We take our time to operate recruitment days. Come and meet us, watch our DVD and collect all event information so you know exactly what to expect when you come and work for Flair. If you can't attend an interview day then still take the time to email us in order to receive information of the process you could follow. Please be advised we will give priority to those who come to our interview days. Flair's summer recruitment starts April of each year. It is still very early to give out all information on interview days and venues. So, at this stage if you are interested in working at one or several of the events listed on the future event page then simply email across. We will then have your email address to send out more information at the appropriate time. Make sure you let us know what event you want to work at by simply putting in the subject box the event and your location. One email with the first event you want to work at will be fine. This way you will be kept in the loop for all events.
Interview venues: no interviews plan at present.
Please be aware it is illegal to work within the UK without a valid working visa or authorisation. This mean for Flair NO vaild work visa = NO job! You must take to your interviews:
