Job Role Arriving early to meet the client and sign in the staff, managing numbers and being our on-site contact for the team. Supervising a busy bar, monitoring performance and ensuring that customers are served to the highest standard. Managing stock levels and movement, which may involve some lifting. At the end of the shift, recording working hours and feedback for all staff on our digital timesheet. Dress Code Smart black shirt, trousers (black jeans) and shoes. Tattoos and hair colours welcome. Client normally provides a jacket, however still wear layers.
