If you are interested in working at one or more of our events this year and you have not worked for us before, you will be required to attend one of our interviews. Please select an interview at an appropriate location on a date which you can attend.
Please take the time to read the staff handbook and Q&A section. These provide you with information on the recruitment process and what to expect when working with Flair.
If you CANNOT ATTEND ANY INTERVIEW then please send an e-mail to job@eventstaffing.co.uk with the event you wish to work at in the subject box followed by the words 'can't attend an interview'. E.g. 'Take That Sunderland - Can't attend an interview'. We will then email you closer to the event if we still require staff for telephone interviews.
PLEASE NOTE:- We will only do telephone interviews if we require additional people close to an event, people who attend interviews get priority.

You are required by UK Employment Law to be legally allowed to work here! NO permission = NO JOB!
You will be requested to provide photocopies of your ID at your interview or before your first shift. We will also need to see your originals. Please provide either:
- Passport – this would also contain a working visa if required.
- UK Birth Certificate, NI Evidence (NI Card, p45 etc) and one photo ID (Driving licence, student card, work pass).
- Please know your NI numbers for tax forms.
